EchoAssist processes voice transcripts from your microphone during active calls. These transcripts are sent to our AI backend solely to generate real-time coaching suggestions and call summaries.
Transcripts are processed in real time to provide AI coaching suggestions. We do not store, sell, or share your call transcripts with any third party.
Call transcripts are processed and discarded immediately. No call content is stored on our servers.
EchoAssist uses the Anthropic Claude API to process transcripts. No personally identifiable information is included in API requests.
